Etal

The group meets at Etal Village Hall, TD12 4TL, from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm, on the second or third Sunday of the month.

Sessions cost £15, which includes materials. Hot drinks are provided, and we share a pot-luck lunch. Essential tools to borrow and a library of books to browse are also available.

Anyone wanting to attend must contact the coordinator (details below) at least a week in advance to ensure enough willow is prepared.

As the group works without a formal tutor, with group members helping each other and sharing skills, participants who are new to basketry will gain more from the sessions if they have attended a beginners workshop.
