Wolsingham Show 8th September
Weardale Basketry Group attended the Wolsingham Show again this year. As always, it was an excellent event with plenty of interest from the public.
Carol entered her Northumbrian Fishwife’s Back Creel in the Handicrafts competition and won third prize, but it's a really beautiful and well-made basket and we think it merited a First!
