The First 2024 Beginners' Basketry Workshop at Bowden
The first 2024 Beginners' Basketry Workshop was held at Bowden Village Hall on January 20th and 21st. Karla Pearce was the workshop tutor, and six beginners attended the class. The images show Karla demonstrating techniques to members of the course. The hall also hosted the usual Borders Self-Help Group activity over the weekend.
This workshop was supported by the Worshipful Company of Basketmakers' Charitable Trust.
