Anniversary Celebrations

Durham Dales Centre Exhibition - April 29th - May 1st

The touring exhibition got off to a really good start over the Bank Holiday at the Durham Dales Centre venue. Several hundred people toured the exibition and some of their comments are listed below.

People taking part in the workshops created some lovely items under Anna's guidance and the drop-in activity was quite busy.

Some remarkable baskets were brought in to be recorded too. One them is shown in the images. 

Comments:

  • What a fascinating and inspiring display. I didn't realise how creative Basketry could be. Wonderful so glad I came in.
