Just to let you know, I've booked the village hall in Lucker, so we are ready to go!
Our first session will be self-help on 25 September from 10 am to 3 pm. Let me know well in advance what you would like me to soak - ideally by the end of next week if it is long rods. I will make it up into £5 bundles which makes it easier for Kate. She will be collecting £10 from each of us to cover the hall costs. We have two more self-help sessions booked this year, 23 October and 20 November.
Would you please bring a personal packed lunch and your own tools if you have them?
We'll be as socially distanced as possible. Most of us do lateral flow tests during the week anyway, so that didn't seem to be a problem. I know not everyone is vaccinated. Would you please make your own decision whether or not to wear a mask? It might be a good idea when moving around the hall. Wear extra layers as we'll leave the door open!
It will be lovely to get together again, and great to welcome everybody back.
